The cellar, lying 6 m underground, has been totally restructured and strengthened maintaining the original structure. The style is classic of the cellars Castilian-leonesi of the region. The temperature of the cellar is regulated by the thermo-heated floor.
The capacity of the cellar is of 22 persons and it is possible to taste the dishes included in the snacks’ service.
At the same level is located a second cellar used as storage of wines, principlale function which was targeted in the past.
