The workmanship of the wood is treated in detail, as for the bedrooms the floor is thermo-heated and the furnishings consists of furniture of excellent workmanship.
The sittingroom, situated in the last floor of the building, is composed of a sensational wall in "adobe a poste y carrera" original of 4 ms in height to 9 ms long with wooden beams, which are also authentic, and of a structure of beams and pillars all dating at the time when the property was built. A spacious environment (90 m2), comfortable (3 couches of 2 ms and a fireplace) and capacious (4 tables and a secluded environment with 2 seats).

terraces, to which can be acceded from the sittingroom, are 3 :

on the Plaza Mayor
the second equipped
with an external shower to enjoy a natural solarium
the
third - to which can be acceded through a stairs of 4 m in height - it is
both a panoramic point from which the famous mountainous chain, to 100 km of
distance, of the Picos de Europa, the hilly around and logically the whole
country can be admired that a solarium with external shower of 25 m2.
The walls of the inside courtyard / terrace arise from a combination of original mudejar bricks of the XIV and XVII centuries, with a structure in original wooden beams with plaster reproducing the ancient composed of mud. In the terrace can be enjoyed breakfast, lunch and dinner, if time and temperature allow it.
